Making a Registration Request from outside the United States (US)

Credit Card Not Working

For security reasons, our payment processor will allow Credit Cards to be stored on your Family account from inside the United States (US), but not from outside the US. 

If you plan to be outside the US when you make your Registration Request please make sure you have a valid and current credit card associated with your family account prior to your trip. 

If you're outside the US and attempting to make a Registration Request, please call your FOSS location and our team will assist you with placing your card on file.
