MedBatch allows you to view and manually edit Prior Approval numbers in the event that this information is updated by your mobility manager.
Open the Client profile by clicking on the CIN in the claims grid.
Adjust the Service Date or enter an approval in the Approval # field and refresh the grid to see the results.
You can add a new Prior Authorization by clicking into any empty field and adding in the PA information.
