Updating Vehicle Plate Numbers
To update a vehicle's plate number in RoutingBox:
Open the vehicle record in RoutingBox.
Edit the plate number to match the correct value. Ensure it adheres to the required formatting standards.
Save the changes. This update will apply to future data transmissions.
Important Notes:
Updating the plate number in RoutingBox does not retroactively change the data already transmitted to external systems. For example, past transmissions to brokers will retain the old plate number.
Resending data for past trips may be rejected by external systems due to timing rules.
