From the home page, hover your mouse over the "Support" tab at the top of the window, then click on "Creative Support".
On the Creative Support page, you'll be able to submit a Creative Support request with your name, email address, topic, and question. You'll also be given opportunities to provide additional information like course links, file uploads, and other information to help our Creative Pros answer your questions as thoroughly as possible.
When all of the information has been added, click "Submit Request".
Please allow our Creative Pros up to two weeks to respond to your question before submitting again.
