To start investing through Fractual, you must, at a minimum:
Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid, government-issued ID
Successfully complete our KYC/KYB verification process
Meet any additional eligibility criteria that may apply to a specific investment opportunity
Country restrictions
In principle, Fractual is accessible to both EU and non-EU residents can invest, subject to local laws and international compliance checks.
However, your ability to open an account and/or invest may be limited or restricted due to:
Laws & regulations in your country of residence
International sanctions & anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements
Fractual’s internal risk & compliance policies
As a result, residents of certain countries or regions may not be able to access the Platform and/or participate in specific investment opportunities.
Professional vs Retail investors
In principle, you do not need to be a professional investor to access and subscribe to investment opportunities made available via this Platform.
Some projects, however, may only be available to professional or otherwise eligible investors (e.g., if/where required under EU or local laws). Where this is the case, it will be clearly indicated on the relevant page, and you may be asked to provide additional information or documentation to explore and/or access that specific investment opportunity.
