Our goal is for you to benefit from two potential types of returns, as described in the relevant Subscription Agreement:
Rental income: You will receive your share of the property’s net rental income, distributed periodically (e.g. on a semi-annual basis).
Potential sales proceeds (capital appreciation): You will receive your share of any net capital gains that may be realized upon the sale of the property.
Note: As with any investment, returns are not guaranteed, and you may receive less than expected or lose all or part of your invested capital.
