Workspaces offer two standard permission levels to help you manage access and control within your team: Workspace Admin and Workspace Member. This article outlines the capabilities associated with each role.

Workspace Admin

The Workspace Admin role is the highest permission level within a workspace. Workspace Admins have comprehensive control over the workspace and its members.

Workspace Admins can:

  • Perform all actions available to a Workspace Member.

  • Add new members to the workspace.

  • Remove existing members from the workspace.

Workspace Member

The Workspace Member role is the standard permission level for users within a workspace. Members can actively contribute to sets and organize content.

Workspace Members can:

  • Create new sets.

  • Archive sets (though not permanently).

  • Rearrange frames and motions within a set.

  • Add content to sets.

  • Rename sets.

Workspace Members cannot:

  • Permanently archive a set.

  • Add or remove workspace members.

  • Track results (Note: This was mentioned as something members cannot do. If "tracking results" refers to a specific feature like analytics or reporting, this should be accurate. If it refers to something else, please clarify).

Inviting New Members to Your Workspace (Admin Function)

Workspace Admins can easily expand their team by inviting new members.

To invite members:

  1. Navigate to the project page.

  2. Look for and click the Invite button on the left-hand side.

  3. You can invite individuals by entering their email address.

  4. To invite multiple members at once, enter their email addresses separated by a comma.

Important Note on Billing: Please refer to the "Learn More" section or your billing information to understand how inviting new members may affect your subscription and billing.
