To cancel your Frame Set membership, open your Subscription settings page. Click the Manage Plan button, and then click Cancel subscription.
You will be shown a selection of reasons to choose from to help us understand why you're canceling. You must select one of those reasons and then click again to confirm your cancelation, otherwise your account will remain active.
Once your membership is canceled, you will be able to use Frame Set as a Pro member until the end of your existing term.
For example: if you create a monthly Frame Set membership on February 16th and then cancel it on March 1st, you will still have the benefits of Pro membership until March 16th.
Note: If your account is Past Due because of failed payment attempts, you will first need to Update your Payment Method. If you do not wish to do that, please send us a message. Our team will waive the outstanding payment and cancel your membership.
