Full refunds can be given for a limited time after a membership start date.
For monthly subscriptions: 3 days or less from start date
For yearly subscriptions: 30 days or less from start date
Prorated partial refunds for yearly subscriptions can also be granted in certain cases, such as career change or sudden financial hardship.
Refunds will not be given due to inactivity.
