At FranchiseLab, we understand that each franchisor may have unique requirements when assessing potential franchisees. The Information Request (IR) Settings allow you to tailor the visibility of select questions based on what is most relevant to your recruitment process.
This feature is particularly helpful if your brand operates across different regions or has specific privacy-related guidelines. You can easily toggle questions on or off depending on your needs.
How to Access IR Settings
Log in to your FranchiseLab Recruiter Admin account.
From your dashboard, go to Settings > Configuration.
Click on IR Settings.
Navigate to the Question Customisations tab.
Customising Question Visibility
On the Question Customisations tab, you’ll find a list of key personal information areas.
Use the toggle switches to control which questions are visible to candidates.
You can activate or deactivate fields such as personal details, employment history, or financial information based on your preferences.
Once done, click Save Changes to apply your settings.
Important Notes
Adjustments to custom questions will only affect new Information Requests. It is advisable to finalize your questions before sending out the IR to ensure consistency in the responses you collect.
