FranchiseLab now gives you control over which email notifications your team receives, helping you stay informed without cluttering your inbox.
This guide walks you through how to enable or disable notifications based on your preferences.
Note: The Configurations / Settings menu is only accessible to Admin users, and any changes you make to these settings will apply to all system users across your account.
Accessing the Notifications Settings
Log in to your FranchiseLab account.
Click the Settings icon (gear symbol) on the left-hand side of your screen.
Expand the Configurations dropdown menu.
Select Notifications.
Available Notification Types
On the Emails tab, you’ll see three toggles:
Notify the user assigned to an Application when an assessment is completed
Sends an email to the assigned user whenever a candidate completes their assessment.
Notify the user when an Enquiry or Application is assigned to them
Notifies the assigned user immediately when a new enquiry or application is added to their account.
Notify users when Application allocation is running low
Alerts users when the total available application count is nearly exhausted, so you can act before hitting your limit.
How to Enable or Disable Notifications
Click the toggle next to the notification you want to turn on or off.
Blue = enabled
Grey = disabled
Once you’ve made your changes, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Tips for Best Use
· Keep assessment completion notifications on to follow up quickly with candidates.
· Enable low allocation alerts to prevent disruptions in your recruitment process.
· If you receive too many emails, disable non-critical notifications and check the dashboard regularly instead.
You’re all set! With these settings, you can tailor your email alerts to fit your workflow and ensure you never miss important updates.
