Steps to set up reply-to email
Step 1: Accessing Email Templates
As a user with ‘Admin’ access, log in to your FranchiseLab Recruiter.
Navigate to the "Settings" section, found at the bottom left on your navigation bar.
Click on "Config" to access the configuration settings.
Step 2: Editing Information Request / Self Assessment Templates
Under configuration settings, select "Email Templates."
You can switch between Information Request and Self Assessment using the tabs at the top.
Step 3: Setting up the Reply-to Address
Locate the "Reply to" field.
Enter the email address where you want candidate replies to be delivered.
Double-check the email address for accuracy to ensure proper communication.
Tip: You can chain multiple emails using a semi-colon. If you want reply emails to be delivered to Sam and Chrissy, you would input their emails with a '; ' in between. For example:
sam@franchiselab.com; chrissy@franchiselab.com
Step 4: Save and Apply Changes
After entering the desired reply-to address, save the changes made to the email template.
Review the other template settings and customize them as needed.
Repeat the process for the other assessment template if necessary (i.e. Information Request and Self Assessment).
