To offer a tailored experience, we provide the flexibility to customize the visibility of work experience areas in the Information Request (IR) assessment. This article will guide you through the steps to personalize the work experience categories that candidates can rate, ensuring that the assessment remains relevant to your brand.
Steps to set relevant work experience
Access the Information Request (IR) Settings:
Log in to your FranchiseLab Recruiter admin account.
From the dashboard, click on "Settings," followed by "Configuration."
In the Configuration section, locate and click on "IR Settings" to access the Information Request settings.
Within the IR Settings, you will find a tab labeled "Relevant Experience."
Customize Work Experience Visibility:
On the Relevant Experience tab, you will see a list of key work experience areas that can be rated by candidates.
To customize the visibility of each area, simply toggle the switch on or off based on your preferences.
If a work experience area is toggled on, candidates will be able to rate their experience in that particular category.
Conversely, toggling off an area will remove it from the assessment, ensuring it does not appear for candidates during the rating process.
Save Your Changes:
Once you have adjusted the visibility of the work experience areas according to your brand's relevance, click on the "Save Changes" button.
Your customized settings will now be applied to all future Information Requests.
By customizing the visibility of work experience areas, you can tailor the assessment to match your brand's specific requirements. This not only streamlines the assessment process for candidates but also ensures that the ratings provided are directly relevant to your business needs.
For example, if your franchise brand prioritizes customer service experience and managerial skills, you can choose to display only those specific work experience categories for candidates to rate.
