FranchiseLab Recruiter offers a powerful way to customize and configure email templates sent to potential franchisee candidates. By leveraging the ability to add attachments, you can personalize emails to meet your brand’s requirements and match your business’s identity.
Steps to upload attachments to emails
Navigate to Email Templates Settings
Log in to your FranchiseLab Recruiter admin account.
On the dashboard, click on "Settings" and then select "Configuration."
Within the Configuration section, click on "Email Templates" to access the email template settings.
Choose Information Request or Self Assessment Template
Scroll down to find the specific email template you want to customize. You can choose either the "Information Request" or "Self Assessment" template, depending on your requirements.
Locate the "Add an Attachment" Section
Scroll to the bottom of the selected email template settings.
You will find an "Add an Attachment" field with an instruction on how to upload the file.
Upload the Attachment
Click on the "Click to upload" button within the "Add an Attachment" field.
A file explorer window will appear, allowing you to locate and select the desired attachment from your computer.
Another simple method to attach your files is ‘drag&drop’. You can open folders containing your files, click and hold the mouse on the file, then drag the file into upload button.
Ensure that the attachment file size does not exceed 5 MB in total, as this is the maximum size allowed for uploading.
Save Changes
After selecting the attachment, click on the "Save Changes" button to save the modifications you made to the email template.
And that's it! You've successfully uploaded an attachment to your Information Request or Self Assessment invitation email. Now, when sending the assessment, the attached file will be included in the email, making it easier for candidates to access important documents or additional information.
Please note that uploading attachments can be a valuable tool for sharing essential materials with candidates, but it's essential to be mindful of file size limitations to ensure a smooth email delivery process.
