Resending Assessment Reminder
When to resend an assessment reminder
There are a few scenarios where you may want to re-send an assessment, such as:
If a candidate reports not receiving their assessment invitation or accidentally deleted it.
In case you've edited a candidate's contact information (name, phone number, or email) and need to resend the assessment to the updated details.
When you want to remind a candidate to complete their assessment, utilize the "Resend" option to prompt them to take action.
If a candidate has not disclosed some information in a previously completed Information Request and wants to update it. This is essentially "re-opening" a completed assessment.
Steps to resend the assessment
Access the relevant Application
Click on the assessment button (e.g., Information Request or Self Assessment)
Select "Resend" to reissue the assessment to the candidate
Reissuing Assessments
In some circumstances, you may need to issue a brand new assessment (Self Assessment or Information Request) to the candidate. Please note that you can reissue a total new form only when the candidate has finished the previous ones. (In case the candadiate wants to adjust a few information, not refill the entire form, you can follow resend guide above)
Steps to re-issue the assessment
Access the relevant Application
Please note that any existing assessment information will be overwritten, so remember to download a copy of the report if you need to retain it.
Click on the completed assessment button
Choose "Send New" to issue a fresh assessment to the candidate.
