Enquiries are a place to track new candidates in FranchiseLab Recruiter. You can use it gather initial information before progressing them on to an application in order to assess them. Enquiries can be created by either creating a new contact or for an existing contact, who may be enquiring again after some time.

1. Log in to FranchiseLab Recruiter

2. Click on ‘Enquiries’ on menu bar on the left.

3. Click ‘Create New Enquiry’ button at the top right of the screen.

4. Complete details for new enquiry within the ‘Add Contact’ pop-up screen and click ‘Create Contact’ button (note ‘Start an enquiry’ field will be automatically selected).

5. Enter Franchise Location on ‘Add Application’ pop-up screen if known/relevant, and click ‘Start Enquiry’ button

New enquiry will automatically open once created. It will also now be listed on the main ‘Enquiries’ page

1. Open Contacts page by clicking on ‘Contacts’ on left hand menu bar after logging in.

2. On the contacts page, find and click on the contact you wish to create an enquiry for.

Note: you can use the ‘Search Contacts’ field to find the contact or click the arrow beside ‘Name’ to sort alphabetically.

3. Click ‘Start Enquiry’ at the bottom of the Contact Details pop-up screen.

4. Enter Franchise Location on ‘Start Enquiry’ pop-up screen if known/relevant, and click ‘Start Enquiry’ button.

5. Go to enquiries page to view/open the new Enquiry for the contact.
