Contacts created via API
Within the system, when a contact is added via API, you'll see a yellow or grey flag identifying it has been created via API integration. The yellow flag indicates that Address data may be missing, while the grey flag indicates that all data is present and valid.
We observed a 92% efficiency improvement in creating a contact & sending an assessment via API as opposed to manually entering the data & navigating the UI.

In our latest operational efficiency assessment, we compared the human time-investment required for manual processes against those executed via our API within the FranchiseLab Recruiter app. Specifically, we observed that manually creating a contact and sending an Information Request cumulatively took around 60 seconds. Conversely, when these actions were conducted through our API, the total time required was reduced to less than 5 seconds. This contrast revealed a significant 92% improvement in efficiency, underscoring the remarkable benefits of integrating and utilizing our API for these operations.
We also compared the duration required for transferring candidate details from a CRM into the FranchiseLab Recruiter app manually versus utilizing an API integration. The manual process, involving finding a contact & creating it by copying and pasting, followed by sending an Information Request, totaled 85 seconds. When these tasks were executed via our API integration, the process was dramatically reduced to less than 5 seconds.
