1. Click applications on the left.
2. Click the blank square next to the applicants name.
3. Click the flag at the top.
4. Click "Urgent" or the priority that you would like to set.
5. Click "Confirm"
6. You can also change the priority by clicking the flag next to the applications name on the far right.
7. You can then change the priority from here.
8. Click "Clear" to reset the priority and not set one.
