At FranchiseLab, we understand that each franchisor has unique needs and preferences when assessing potential franchisees. To aid in this process, our FranchiseLab Recruiter platform offers the capability to personalize the Information Request (IR) you send to candidates. This feature enables you to ask tailored questions, ensuring you gather all the necessary information to make informed decisions about your prospective franchisees.
Using custom questions in the Information Request requires a Professional or Enterprise Plan. You can contact us to find out more about our plans.

(Optional) Provide a description in the "Description" field to offer further clarification or context to the candidate.

Managing Questions
Reordering Questions: Click and hold on the left side of a question, then drag it to your desired order. Release to set its new position.
Number of Questions: You can add and manage up to 20 custom questions, providing comprehensive insights into your candidates.
Visibility in Reports: Each section with additional questions will feature a sub-section titled "Other questions" in both the questionnaire and the report, summarizing the responses.
Important Notes
Adjustments to custom questions will only affect new Information Requests. It is advisable to finalize your questions before sending out the IR to ensure consistency in the responses you collect.
