FAQs

How long will I wait?
Scout aims to keep wait times under 30 minutes.

Do I need a child safety seat?
Yes. Riders must provide and secure their own child seats/boosters as required by Florida law. Scout will provide booster seats for passengers who meet the legal criteria.

Can I schedule in advance?
No, Scout is fully on-demand. Request when you’re ready to ride.

Can I request a refund?

In the event that a ride is canceled and not completed, our system will automatically issue a refund for the full cost of the trip. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

If you believe you were charged for a ride that was not completed in error, please contact our support team at ridefreebee.com/contact. Our team will review your case promptly to ensure the appropriate action is taken.
