Getting around Seminole County just got easier. Scout is Seminole County’s new on-demand rideshare service, powered by Freebee. It’s simple, affordable, and designed to take you where you need to go, on your schedule.
How It Works
No fixed routes or stops: You choose your pickup and drop-off location.
Book a ride:
Download the Ride Freebee app (iOS or Android).
Enter your payment info.
Set pickup + destination, review fare and wait time, and confirm.
Track your driver in real-time.
No smartphone? Call (407) 665-RIDE (7433) to request a ride.
Service Hours:
Monday–Friday: 5 AM – 9 PM
Saturday: 6 AM – 10 PM
Sunday: 6 AM – 8 PM

Scout uses zone-based pricing:

Peak Hour Surcharge: $1 extra (6–9 AM & 4–7 PM).

How long will I wait?
Scout aims to keep wait times under 30 minutes.
Do I need a child safety seat?
Yes. Riders must provide and secure their own child seats/boosters as required by Florida law. Scout will provide booster seats for passengers who meet the legal criteria.
Can I schedule in advance?
No, Scout is fully on-demand. Request when you’re ready to ride.
Can I request a refund?
In the event that a ride is canceled and not completed, our system will automatically issue a refund for the full cost of the trip. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
