This article will contain an updated list of contact methods and instructions to get in touch with any of our offerwalls/offer providers to resolve any issues that you may run into when completing offers on their end - to search for a specific provider faster simply press CTRL + F on your keyboard and search for the name of the provider in question.

Offerwalls:

AdGate:

To contact Adgate about one of your recent offer completions, go to the earn page Here, scroll down to “Offer Partners.” Then open up their offerwall and click the three lines at the top left.


Select the "Reward Status" option next, choose the offer that you are currently having issues with and on the next page, scroll down and click the "Contact" button:

Adgem:


To contact AdGem about one of your recent offer completions, go to the earn page Here, scroll down to “Offer Partners.” Then open up their offerwall and click the three lines at the top left, from there click the "Reward Status" option and follow the instructions to contact them accordingly:

Adscend:

To contact Adscend regarding an on-going issue with a specific offer, go to the earn page Here, scroll down to Offer partners, and click the "Support" button at the top right - from there, click the "Offer History" tab and select the "Missing Points?" option for the affected offer.

AppsPrize:

To contact AppsPrize regarding an on-going issue with a specific offer, go to the earn page Here, scroll down to “Offer Partners.” Then open up their offerwall and hit the support button at the top right.


From there scroll to the bottom and click on the underlined "support" link


Ayet Studios:

To contact Ayet Studios regarding an on-going issue with a specific offer, go to the earn page Here, scroll down to “Offer Partners.” Then open up their offerwall and click the three stripes at the top left of the window.

Select the "Reward Status" option next, choose the offer that you are currently having issues with and scroll down further on that page to select the "Submit support ticket" option:

Bitlabs:

To contact Bitlabs regarding an on-going issue with a specific offer, go to the earn page Here, scroll down to “Offer Partners.” Then open up their offerwall and and click the menu button found at the top left.

From there, go to the reward history option and scroll down to the offer you are having issues with. Click "View details" and then "Report a problem.


Digital Turbine:

To contact Digital Turbine regarding an on-going issue with a specific offer, go to the earn page Here, scroll down to “Offer Partners.” Then open up their offerwall and tap the three lines at the top left of the window to open up the menu.


From there click "Status" and navigate to the offer you are having issues with. Tap on the offer and scroll down to "Having issues? Click here."


Farly:

To contact Farly regarding an on-going issue with a specific offer, open up their offerwall and click on the "More" button at the bottom right. From there go to support and fill in the details as required.



Lootably:

To contact the Lootably support team, you will need to head to the "Support" tab on the top right of the offerwall, next up copy your Lootably ID from there and send your inquiry to support@lootably.com (make sure to include your Lootably ID in the email as well).

For any issues regarding Loot.tv, you can contact them via support@loot.tv



MM Wall:

To contact MM Wall go to the earn page Here. Scroll down to “Offer Partners.”and open the offerwall. Then head to the "In Progress" tab which you can find in the lower middle of the offerwall:


From there, select the offer that you are currently having issues with and click the support button at the top right of the offerwall:

From there, answer the next questions so MM Wall can assist you accordingly.

Monlix:

To contact Monlix go to the earn page Here. Scroll down to “Offer Partners.”and open the offerwall. Then click the three stripes at the top right of the page and select the "Contact" option.

Mychips:

To contact Mychips regarding an on-going issue with a specific offer, go to the earn page Here, scroll down to “Offer Partners.” Then open up their offerwall and click on the support option at the top of the screen.


From there, find the offer you are having issues with, and to the right click "Open Ticket"


Notik:

You can contact Notik by scrolling to the footer of their offerwall and clicking the "Terms of Service" button - from there, you will be redirected to their website where you can click the "contact" button from their header and get in touch with them that way:

Revlum:

To contact Revlum regarding an on-going issue with a specific offer, go to the earn page Here, scroll down to “Offer Partners.” Then open up their offerwall and hit the three lines at the top right.


​From there select History.


From there find the offer you are having issues with, and click on the coin value of the offer.


This will open up the contact form.


RevU:

To get in touch with RevU regarding a specific offer that you completed on their end, head to their offerwall and click the Headset icon at the top right to access their support tab - from here you can choose the specific offer you had issues with and follow the instructions to contact them about it accordingly:

Timewall:

To contact Timewall regarding any of your offer completions, scroll to the footer of their offerwall and click the little chat icon at the bottom right to get in touch with them:

ToroX:

To contact Torox regarding an on-going issue with a specific offer, go to this link https://torox.io/faq-missing-your-reward/ and scroll down to the contact form. Select "I'm a user" and fill out all of the relevant information.


Include all relevant details such as what website you came from (Freecash), your Freecash ID, the offer you took part in, the value of the offers missing and links to screenshots that show you have completed the offers, including any identifying information in the game such as userid numbers (Usually found in the games settings)

You can find your Freecash ID to supply on your profile > settings.


Wannads:

To contact Wannads regarding an on-going issue with a specific offer, go to the earn page Here, scroll down to “Offer Partners.” Then open up their offerwall and go to "My account" at the top right. Then follow the instructions.



Survey walls:

Bitlabs:


To contact Bitlabs regarding an on-going issue with a specific offer, open up this link and select the appropriate option.


CPX:

To contact CPX regarding an on-going issue with a specific offer, go to the earn page Here, scroll down to “Survey partners.” Then open up their offerwall and click the three stripes at the top left and select the "Help" option.


From there, scroll to the bottom of the page to open a new support ticket with them.


YourSurveys:

To contact Your Surveys regarding an on-going issue with a specific survey, go to to your profile by clicking on your name at the top of the page, and select the profile option in the drop down box that appears.

From there, select the "Surveys in-Progress" option and find the survey you had issue with. You should then select the green ticket icon directly next to that listed survey. Underneath the support column.
