While a majority of all Freecash withdrawals via PayPal, crypto and gift card are instant, random security checks can extend the processing time by up to 30 minutes. These security checks allow us to maintain a safe environment and prevent fraud.
Bank transfer, Stash and Revolut withdrawals can take up to 3 business days as they are manually processed.
Please note, our Support Team cannot accelerate the processing of your withdrawals or provide estimated completion times. If there is an issue, your withdrawal status will appear as "Rejected", in which case we encourage you to contact us.
How to check the status of Freecash withdrawals
Follow these steps to check the status of your Freecash withdrawals.
On mobile:
Go to your Profile by selecting your avatar in the top-left corner.
Scroll down and select the 'Withdrawals' option.
Select the arrow on the far-right of a withdrawal to see detailed information, including the current status.
On desktop:
Go to your Profile by clicking your avatar or name in the top-right corner.
Select the 'Withdrawals' tab.
