While completing offers on Freecash you may find that you’ve been paid for an offer, and cannot yet see the coins in your balance. Some offers are not released to your balance instantly as a fraud prevention measure.

This is nothing to be concerned about on your end, this is not a punishment or an accusation, you have done nothing wrong. The offers are not held due to anything you have or haven’t done. The offers themselves are held by the system, based on how many chargebacks they are receiving in general.

The system holds these offers to prevent fraud from affecting both us, and you the user. It means we can continue providing the highest payouts, the best offers, and continue having all of you, the legitimate users happily earning your favorite rewards on Freecash!

If you click on the small bell icon on the top right of the page, you will be able to see any recently received offers, and if you click “Read more” this is the fastest way to find out for how long it will be pending.

You can also head to your Profile and manually check this at any point by going tothe "Earnings" tab and and look at the “Offers” section.

If you toggle the “Show pending offers only” option, you will be able to see which offers are currently pending release. It will also show you when they will be released under the reward status section.

Once the amount of time displayed on your offer has passed, you will receive your payment before the end of that day that the timer ends on. If it has not been released 24 hours after the timer has ended, it is recommended to contact Support so we can look into this further.

If you are unable to see any specified date for the release of your payment, your general chargeback rate may be too high. If your Chargeback rate is above 10% we will hold your completed offers. Offers you complete will not be added to your balance and you cannot withdraw these coins. We will release these coins after you have completed more offers and surveys and get the chargeback rate below 10%.
