PayPal and Visa withdrawals can be refunded manually in most cases.

If you did not enter your PayPal account information already to claim the PayPal withdrawal, just message our Support team and we will issue the refund for you.

If you already entered your PayPal account information or your details to claim your Visa Prepaid Card you will need to contact our Payment provider (Tremendous) -help@tremendous.com. You need to provide them with your Transaction ID and request that they "un-redeem" your Cashout.

It's very important to use that word as their support uses "cancel" and "refund" for different purposes and would be confused otherwise.

We do not issue any refunds for any kind of gift card withdrawals.

Its very important that you select the correct country for your Gift Card. Gift Cards are region locked, a US gift card would not work in Germany for example. Gift cards are non-refundable, we will not be able to help if you have withdrawn one for the wrong region.
