Firstly, navigate to the Cashout page. You can find this on the left hand side of the website. Head to the “Withdraw Giftcards” section and find the Visa option.

Next, you need to select the value of the Gift Card you want to withdraw between $5 and $200. These are prepaid cards and the amounts of the cards are fixed.

Once you’ve hit Withdraw, your Cashout will be processed and you’ll receive a notification when it is ready to claim.

If you do not get a notification within an hour, head to your Profile, then Withdrawals, and click on the green “Claim Cashout” option.

You will then need to complete a short process on our provider's side in order to receive your Visa gift card.

If you have any problems with your gift card after you’ve received it, please contact the provider at www.tremendous.com or Email them at help@tremendous.com with your transaction ID found in “Withdrawals”. Their live support will be able to help you out
