Cashout Page
Bank Transfers are only available to customers based in the US.
Firstly, navigate to the Cashout page. You can find this on the left hand side of the website. Head to the “Withdraw Cash” section and find the Bank Transfer option.
Next, you need to select the value of the Cashout you want to withdraw between $5 and $200. These amounts are fixed.
Please note that Bank Transfer withdrawals have a flat fee of 5%.
Withdrawal
Once you’ve hit Withdraw, your Cashout might need to be approved. Don’t worry, this is a normal process, we check these from time to time! Approvals will be completed within 30 minutes, you’ll receive a notification when it is ready to claim.
If you do not get a notification within an hour, head to your Profile, then Withdrawals, and click on the green “Claim Cashout” option.
You will then need to complete a short process on our Bank Transfer provider's site in order to receive the money in your Bank Account.
A new page will open and you will be asked to Redeem your withdrawal.
You need to enter your email address (this is secure and just to make sure the withdrawal gets to the right email address).
Click the blue Transfer button
You will be sent an email that will ask you for your banking details
