There are 120 total questions on the MA real estate test: an 80 question national section, and a 40 question Massachusetts law section.

You will sometimes get 10-20 experimental questions, though they don't count towards your final score. You won't necessarily know which questions are experimental, so you may answer more than 120 questions, but only 120 will count towards your score.
