Once your solar installation nears completion, you’ll want to start monitoring your system’s production. To do that, you'll need an activation link to access your monitoring portal (e.g., SolarEdge). Please follow the instructions below based on your project stage and financing provider.

Make sure your project is in one of the following stages:
Final Complete
If your system is not yet in one of these stages, the monitoring setup may not be ready, and you’ll need to wait until that step is complete.
🏦 Important Information for Customers Financed Through SunRun, Sunnova, or EverBright
If your solar system is financed through any of the following providers:
SunRun
Sunnova
EverBright
Please note that Freedom Forever cannot send your monitoring activation link directly. You will need to contact your finance provider for assistance.

They will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary access to monitor your system.
📩 For All Other Customers (Non-SunRun, Non-Sunnova, Non-EverBright)
If your system is in the Final Review or Final Complete stage and you are not financed by SunRun, Sunnova, or EverBright, you may contact Freedom Forever Customer Support to have the activation link sent or resent to your email.
Be sure to check your inbox and spam/junk folders for the activation email.
The email will typically come from your monitoring platform (e.g., SolarEdge or Enphase).
🔑 Already Logged into the Monitoring App? You May Need a Password Reset
If you have previously accessed your monitoring account but are now having trouble logging in:
Non-SunRun/Sunnova/EverBright customers can use the “Forgot Password” option on the monitoring platform’s login page.
SunRun, Sunnova, or EverBright customers must reach out to their finance provider or SolarEdge Support for assistance with password issues.
