Freedom Forever takes this concern seriously and will quickly review your concerns or questions to assess the damage for next steps. Please see what should be considered when submitting this type of request.
Damage claim must be from the customer/homeowner that owns/maintains the system. In other words, third parties such as neighbors, HOAs, etc. cannot file a damage claim.
Only damages presumed to be caused by Freedom Forever or by a sub who was contracted by Freedom Forever should be reported to us.
Once the assessment is completed, please allow time to process next steps at which time you will be contacted by the department who handles and reviews these claims.
Please send us photos and videos of the suspected damaged area. This can be submitted via the live chat with a Customer Support representative. If you cannot send this information real time you can request us to review your request at a later time by emailing CustomerSupport@FreedomForever.com. All submissions will be reviewed in the order they were received.
