Submitting events to the Freightos Terminal can enhance your brand visibility and offer valuable exposure to tens of thousands of users relying on the platform for up-to-date information on global freight activities. This is particularly useful for freight forwarders who seek to establish relevant brand visibility across large multinational BCOs or logistics data companies who are interested in bolstering their visibility. Step-by-Step Guide to Submitting an Event
Open the Event Feed and navigate to the right side of the platform. Click on the plus (+) button to start the submission process.
Enter Event Details:
Dates: Specify the start and end dates of the event.
Event Type: Choose the type of event you are reporting.
Importance and Mode: Select the level of importance and the applicable mode(s) of transport. If the event affects multiple modes, such as both air and sea, select all relevant modes.
Location: Choose the region, country, or specific port affected by the event. At a minimum, you must provide a region or country.
Trade Lanes: You can select a specific trade lane or opt for all trade lanes if the event has widespread implications.
Provide Additional Information:
Title: Enter a concise title for the event (ideally 80 characters or less).
Description: Add a brief description of the event. Include standalone valuable insights and actual data whenever possible.
URL and Source: Include a URL for more information and select the source of the information. If the source is not listed, choose 'other' and provide the name of the source.
Click 'Add Event' to submit your entry. Our curation team will review the submission to ensure it meets our content standards before approval.
