How do I add a new family member?

You can invite additional family members to Frenalytics to allow them to add personal information, see how their child is doing, and even run Learning Sessions with them. Here’s how to add a new family member:

Go to the Care Team tab

As a teacher:

  1. From the dashboard, click the “Students” menu option on the left side of the page

  2. Click on the student you would like to create a family member account for

  3. On the Session Dashboard, click on their name in the top-left corner of the page to edit their profile

  4. Click on the “Care team” tab

As a family member:

  1. From the dashboard, click your loved one’s name in the menu on the left side of the page

  2. Click on the “Care team” tab

Add a New Family Member

  1. Add the “Add accounts” button

  2. Enter the family member’s first and last name

  3. Enter their email address

  4. Optionally enter their relationship to the student

  5. Click the “Send invitation” button
