Goals Module
The Goals Module is a centralized tab to collect and track data monitoring a student’s progress towards a goal outlined in their Individualized Education Plan (IEP). The Goals Module connects to the skills assigned to students in the Content Library and tracks mastery of these skills over time. In the Goals Module, this progress is visualized in a progress chart, and specific goals can also be adjusted.
Steps to Create Goals for a Student:
Select the “Library” tab from the menu on the left side of the screen to access the Content Library.
2. Select the subject, grade level, and skill that you want to assign to a student
3. Press the drop down arrow to view the specific skills in that category
4. Select the specific skills that you want to assign that aligns with an IEP goal
5. Press the “Assign” button the pops up at the top of the screen
6. Choose the students that you want to assign the goal to and press the “Assign as Goal” button in the bottom right
Steps to Set Goal Criteria:
Click on the “Assignments” button on menu on the left side of the screen to open up the Goals dashboard.
Press “Edit goal data” on the right side of the screen.
3. Click on the goal that you want to adjust the criteria for.
4. Enter the schedule, number of questions, percent success rate, and desciption for the goal and press “Save.”
Steps to View Goals Data:
To view the goals data, click on the “Assignments” button on the menu on the left side of the screen. A dashboard will open on the right displaying the goals that have been assigned to each student.
To view graphs showing how the student is performing over time on each skill, click on the arrow to the right of each skill.
