How to Use the Progress Dashboard

Written by Matt Giovanniello

What Is the Progress Dashboard

The Progress Dashboard is home to all your students’ data for that school year. The progress chart is where you can see a timeline of your student’s data across all subjects. Scroll through data from the beginning of the school year and zoom out to identify trends over time or zoom in to explore individual data points.

How to Find the Progress Dashboard

  1. Navigate to a student’s profile by pressing “Students” from the menu on the left and clicking on the name of the student

  2. Click on the open in a new tab icon next to the student’s name in the top left corner

  3. You will see this Progress Dashboard pop up

How to Analyze the Progress Dashboard

The Progress Dashboard shows student performance in Learning Sessions over time. Data is grouped by subject, and progress in each subject is shown by a distinct colored line. Circles show the student’s accuracy in a Learning Session on a specific date.

Here are ways to further interact with the Progress Dashboard:

  • Hover over a specific date to pull up a summary of the Learning Session from that day. The box displayed will show the accuracy of the Learning Session, divided by subject.

  • Click a date to pull up your student’s data card to view a more in-depth summary of the session. From left to right, this data card shows, by skill, the accuracy, the number of questions answered, the time to complete the assigned skill, and the name of the skill.

  • Click on the number of questions answered to pull up the specific questions included in the session. This will show each question and the answer choices, which answer the student selected, and how many attempts for the student to select the correct answer on questions initially answered incorrectly.
