I see a “You’ve already completed a session today” message when trying to run a Learning Session

Steps to Enable Multiple Sessions per Day:

  1. Access the “Settings” tab

    Click the “Settings” tab on the sidebar.

  2. Navigate to Learning Sessions

    Click on “Learning Sessions” in the settings tab

  3. Enable multiple sessions per day

    Toggle the “Allow multiple sessions per day” button to enable this feature. You may need to upgrade your plan to run multiple daily sessions. Please contact a staff member for assistance with upgrading.
