How do I add a new student?

To Add a New Student:

  1. Access the Students Section

    • From the main menu, click on “Students,” then click the “Add students” button.

  2. Options for Adding a Student:

    Import class roster

    Follow these steps to import your class roster from a spreadsheet:

    • Click on “Import class roster” from the “Create Student Profiles” pop-up.

    • Follow the instructions under “Bulk Student Upload” to format your spreadsheet correctly.

      • You can make a copy of the sample template and enter the necessary information.

      • Ensure the file is saved in .csv format.

    • Upload your spreadsheet.

    • Select the appropriate facility to upload the roster to, and click “Next.”

    • Review the student information for accuracy, then click “Approve Upload.”

    Create student profile

    Follow these steps to create an individual student profile:

    • Enter the student’s first and last name, then click “Create Profile.”

    • Optionally, you can:

      • Add the student’s email address, allow them to log in to their account and run Learning Sessions independently after they receive the email on their end.

      • Upload a photo for the student's profile.

      • Enter the student’s date of birth and sex.
