I see a “No Skills Selected” or an internal error message when trying to run a Learning Session

If you're seeing a “No Skills Selected” or an internal error message when trying to start a Learning Session, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Go to the “Questionnaire Sections”

    • Navigate to the “Questionnaire Skills” under the “Growth Curve” section on the student’s page. This is where you can manage the skills that will be included in your Learning Session.

  2. Select Skills to Include

    • Make sure at least one skill is selected for the session. Simply toggle the “Include in Session?” button for the skills you want to include.

  3. Run the Learning Session Again

    • After selecting at least one skill, try running the Learning Session again. If the issue persists, try refreshing the page.
