I see a "No student profiles" message

This error message will appear if student profiles have been created but none have been assigned to you.

If you are missing students from your Students lists, we recommend contacting an administrator, as they can adjust your access and the groups you are a part of.

Instructions for Assigning Students:

If your school or district has rostering configured, you may need to assign students or create groups through your SIS or rostering provider instead of through Frenalytics.

1. For administrators, navigate to the “Students” page on the left navigation menu.

2. Select the button on the right of the page labeled “Assign students”.

3. Here, you can select the student(s) to assign from the left side of the screen, and the staff member(s) to whom the student(s) should be assigned. Enter a group name and then click the “Assign” button when this process is complete.
