If we terminate a staff member, are we able to block them from accessing freshops?

Yes you can block them. Simply navigate to their Employee Details in freshOps Employee Module, click into the Employee's Name.

The Action Button, gives you the option to ARCHIVE the Employee, which removes them from freshOps and terminate's their Access to the freshOps Employee Apps and Employee Web Portal.
