When you will receive your order, you have 3 different possibilities: you can accept, refuse or ask to modify the brief.
You have 7 days to answer to the order, if not, the order will expire automatically. It is important to read the brief and ensure that it coincides with your conditions before accepting the order.
⚠️ If you allow too many orders to expire, your account will be blocked. If you accept the order and then try to change the conditions, the customer has the right to cancel the order.
Throughout the order process, you can use the paper.club messenger system if you would like more information from the customer regarding the order. 👇
Once you have accepted the order, you have to write the article (if you have chosen this option) and submit it directly with the link(s) and anchor(s) to the platform so that the customer can review and approve it before publishing. 👇
⚠️ The link(s) and anchor(s) have to match perfectly to the brief.
There are several possible reasons for an error in the validation of your article:
Your anchor does not correspond perfectly to the brief: an extra space, a comma, an accent, a hyphen, etc. may be the cause, so you need to check your anchor carefully.
Your link doesn't perfectly match the brief: this is often due to an omission or addition of a "/" at the end of your URL.
When you copy-paste the text from the original document to the brief, the anchor may not be in the right font. You therefore need to copy-paste the anchor and the link from the brief to ensure that they are identical.
When the customer receives your article, they can either approve it for publishing or ask to make some modifications. If they ask to modify the article, you have to make the changes, submit the article onto the platform again and wait for their approval ✅.
⚠️ You can not publish the article until you have the customer’s final approval.
When the article is approved ✅, you need to publish the article and add the URL onto the paper.club platform in order to validate your order. 👇
