Our app allows access to the status of an order at any time.
The best way to do this is as follows:
Open Launchpad
Search for "friedmann print" and open the app
Click on the tab "Order status"
Under Order Status you have access to all your orders and the following information:
Payments
Auftragsinformationen
Job Status
Documents and invoices
Tracking number of the package and link to the package tracking
Information about anonymization of the order
The Order status shows you the exact date and time when your order was paid, printed and shipped.
