When your bike needs attention, your dealer is your first stop. They know your bike, they have the parts, and service for normal wear and tear is included in your subscription.
How to book a service appointment
Contact your local dealer directly to schedule service. Most dealers offer multiple ways to get in touch — phone, email, or online booking through their website. Visit your dealer's page on friiway.com to find their contact information.
For routine maintenance
If it's a scheduled tune-up or something that's not urgent (brakes feeling a little soft, shifting getting rough), reach out to your dealer at your convenience and book a time that works for you.
For something that needs attention now
If something breaks or feels unsafe to ride — a flat tire, a loose component, sudden strange noises — contact your dealer as soon as possible. Let them know what's going on and they'll advise whether to bring the bike in right away or whether it's safe to ride until your appointment.
If you're stranded and can't ride your bike home, you may be able to use your roadside assistance benefit. See Roadside Assistance for details.
What to expect at a service visit
Bring your bike to your dealer's shop. Their mechanics will diagnose the issue, perform the repair, and get you back on the road. Turnaround time depends on the issue and parts availability — your dealer can give you an estimate when you book.
Service hours and scheduling processes vary by dealer. Contact your local dealer directly to book an appointment.
