You can request a FriMi Debit Card directly through the FriMi App.
Please follow the steps below:
Login to FriMi App > go to the Quick Access Menu > click Manage Cards > and request for a card.
Additionally, please note that there is an annual fee of LKR 1,000/- for the card, effective from May 1st, 2024.
The Card will be delivered to the address you provided through General Post.
The PIN will be delivered to the same address via General Post.

1. When will I get my Debit Card?
If an agent already contacted you to proceed the Debit Card Request you will receive the card approximately in 3 weeks.
2. How to activate/ reactivate my Card?
Once you receive the Debit Card contact us on our hotline 0114 374 374 using your FriMi Registered mobile number to activate the card Or You can activate the activate the debit card via App.
3. I Lost My Card / My card got retained at an ATM
Immediately contact us on our hotline 0114 374 374 to block the lost card or you can block the card through the application.
4. Lost PIN / didn't receive the PIN
On either occasion contact us on our hotline 0114 374 374 using your FriMi Registered mobile number to request for a new PIN or you can create a PIN via the app.
6. Replacement card requests
You can deactivate the current debit card through the application and can request for a replacement debit card through the application.
