Firstly you need to check whether you're FriMi Account is verified and activated.
What is the error that you're getting?
Oops, I cannot connect. Give it another go. - Check whether your Phone is connected to Mobile Data or WiFi? Have you given access from your Phone Settings to use Mobile Data of the device?
Please Update to Newer Version of FriMi. - Check whether you're having the latest FriMi App Version from Play Store or App Store? If not update the same or reinstall the newest FriMi App Version.
Disable Wallet. - This error occurs if your FriMi Account is still not activated yet. Please give a buzz on 0114374374 in order to activate your FriMi Account.
Session Expired. - Log Out from the App and Re Login.
Please contact FriMi support to enable PIN resetting. - Refer Pin Reset Article.
You have logged in to another device using this Wallet ID. - Make sure that you've removed the FriMi App from any other device you logged into the FriMi App.
If you're using an Android Device, kindly go to your Phone Settings > Click on Apps/Applications > select the FriMi App > Click on Storage > Click on Clear Cache and Clear Data and try Logging into the FriMi application freshly from I'm using FriMi path and check. (Make sure you keep a note of your FriMi ID and Pin with you before clearing the Cache & Data.)
If you're using an iOS Device uninstall the FriMi App and reinstall and check.
Session Timeout. - Log Out from the App and Re Login.
Sorry, something went wrong. - This is a common error, please check on all the above mentioned criteria and retry to login to the App.
