Brand Partner Dashboard: How-To Guide

How to use your Management Dashboard.

The Brand Partner Dashboard gives you real-time visibility into campaign progress, helping you stay on top of campaign performance, completions, and insights. Here's how to make the most of each section:


Note: this dashboard can only be accessed via desktop, not mobile.

To access your dashboard, log into your frntlne account via desktop https://app.frntlne.com/ and click the stacked bar chart symbol in the side panel.

Dashboard Overview

Course Completes

  • This chart shows the number of completions by month.

  • Use it to track momentum and identify when activity peaks or slows down.

Courses Started

  • Tracks the total number of courses started each month.

  • A helpful way to gauge onboarding and early engagement.

Courses In Progress

  • Shows how many Team Members are active on the platform (completing the Course, Refresher 1, or Refresher 2).

  • Use this to spot potential drop-off points and where follow-up may be needed.


Campaigns

What You'll See:

  • A list of all active campaigns tied to your brand or team.

  • You can also select completed in the drop down bar to see campaigns that have been completed.

  • Key columns:

    • Course: The course title

    • Retailer: Which retailer the campaign is assigned to

    • Started: How many users have started the course

    • Target: Total number of completions expected

    • Started At: When the campaign launched

Note: use tabs, drop downs, or filters to adjust what’s displayed.

Clicking into a Campaign:

When you click on a campaign, you’ll see a detailed Campaign Summary and Team Member breakdown.

  • Completions at each stage (Course, Refresher 1, Refresher 2).

  • In-progress counts for each section.

  • Overall completion percentage.

  • A full list of active Team Members (without names), showing start and completion dates for each section (course, Refresher 1 and Refresher 2), their retailer, location, and role.

Note: use tabs, drop downs, or filters to adjust what’s displayed.

You’ll also see a Campaign Details section, which breaks down:

  • All roles participating in the campaign

  • All locations and states involved

Need to add a team member? Get them to sign up via app.frntlne.com.

Once they have signed up, they will appear in the summary.

💡Tip:

Use this view to identify who has completed what, track progress by role or location, and follow up with Team Members still in progress.


Insights Data Section

What It Shows:

  • All responses to in-course questions (quantitative or qualitative).

  • Use the filter button to narrow down results and quickly find exactly what you’re looking for.

  • See exactly how Crew are responding to questions like:

    • “Have you heard about [brand] before?”

    • “How confident are you recommending this product?”
