What you can expect:

Management Dashboard

The Brand HQ Dashboard gives you real-time visibility into campaign progress, helping you stay on top of campaign performance, completions, and insights.

To access your dashboard, log into your frntlne account via desktop https://app.frntlne.com/ and click the stacked bar chart symbol in the side panel.

Reporting

Mid-Campaign Report

Shared halfway through the campaign, this report includes early data and insights to help you stay on track.
It covers:

  • Course, Refresher 1 and Refresher 2 completions to date

  • Pre- vs. mid-campaign changes in confidence and product knowledge

  • Shifts in confidence, knowledge, recommendation and NPS to date

  • Sales perception shifts to date

  • Initial feedback and trends from Team Members

End-of-Campaign Report

Delivered after the campaign wraps up, this final report gives you a complete view of impact and outcomes. It includes the same data points as the mid-campaign report, but reflects the end of campaign data :

  • Final course, Refresher 1 and Refresher 2 completions

  • Pre- vs. post-campaign changes in confidence and product knowledge

  • Post-campaign uplift in confidence, knowledge, recommendation and NPS

  • Sales perception shifts

  • Direct feedback and trends from Team Members
