What you can expect:

Welcome to frntlne! We’re here to make training quick, simple, and effective for you and your team. Once you're set up, you'll receive all the tools and support you need to roll out each campaign smoothly to your Team Members.


Launch Pack

The launch pack includes:

  • Branded sign-up one-pager with QR code: display this in staff areas or include it in your team’s digital comms. It gives Team Members access to the course, making it as easy as possible to get started. Full details of the campaign, including the reward and course content can be found on this one-pager.

  • Teaser videos: use these short videos to introduce the course, highlight its value, and build anticipation among Team Members. They’re perfect for sharing in staff briefings or group chats.

  • Weekly comms templates (email, SMS, WhatsApp): ready-to-use messages designed to maintain momentum throughout the campaign. These help keep the course top of mind and drive steady completions with minimal effort on your end.

💡Note: if you use a different channel to communicate with staff or want to add anything, just let us know - we can tailor the launch pack to fit your brand, style and communication platform.


Management Dashboard

The Store/Venue Manager Dashboard gives you real-time visibility into campaign progress, helping you stay on top of campaign performance, completions, and insights.

To access your dashboard, log into your frntlne account via desktop https://app.frntlne.com/ and click the stacked bar chart symbol in the side panel.

Referral Guide

Team Members can refer their colleagues to frntlne by sharing their personal referral link, which they can find in their frntlne profile.

To refer someone, a Team Member simply taps “Share my invite link” from their profile screen. This generates a QR code and personal link that they can send to colleagues via text, WhatsApp, email etc.

When a colleague signs up using this referral link, the referring Team Member will automatically earn a $5 reward, paid directly into their account. Each Team Member can refer up to 10 colleagues in total.

This is a quick and effective way to spread the word, reward Team Members for helping others get involved, and create stronger team-wide engagement.
