Your frntlne contact will reach out directly to let you know the campaign is live. This initial communication will include key details about the course content, any associated incentives, spaces available and the launch pack.

Branded sign-up/log-in one-pager with QR code: display this in staff areas or include it in your team’s comms. It gives Team Members access to the sign-up/login page, making it simple to get started. Full details of the campaign, including the reward and course content can be found on this one-pager.
Teaser videos: use these short videos to introduce the course, highlight its value, and build anticipation among Team Members.
Weekly comms templates (email, SMS, WhatsApp): ready-to-use messages designed to maintain momentum throughout the campaign. These help keep the course top of mind and drive steady completions with minimal effort on your end.

Course Visibility on Platform
Once the campaign is live, the associated course will automatically appear in the ‘Available Courses’ section of the frntlne platform. This ensures that all eligible Team Members can easily find, access, and begin the training with no additional setup required on your end.
If the campaign includes incentives such as cash rewards or competitions - these will be clearly called out within the course listing and in the course content itself, so Team Members know exactly what they can earn and how to qualify.

Direct Support to Team Members
To support strong uptake and engagement, frntlne will also send targeted messages directly to Team Members who are already signed up to the platform. These messages are delivered via email, push notifications, or sms - designed to grab attention and make it easy to jump straight into the campaign.
