track your store's overall performance
track the course progression of individual team members
Can't see the Retail Manager section? π
Make sure your role is set to 'Retail Manager' under the employment details in your profile settings. Here is how you can check your profile details.
Note: Verification and getting access can take up to 24 hours from sign-up and profile changes. β
Store performance summary
At the top of the page you can track your store's overall performance. For example:
βΉοΈ Completion rate = percentage of courses completed by your team
βΉοΈ Participation rate = percentage of courses started by your team
Team member summary
Here you can track your team members's individual performance.
βΉοΈ Completion rate = percentage of courses completed by that team member
βΉοΈ Participation rate = percentage of courses started by that team member
π‘ Tip: You can sort any column by clicking on column header. βοΈ Or apply a filter for any value. Great for when you want to sort the list by name or by completion rate for example.
At the top of the table you can also download your list as a csv or excel format.
Tracking an individual team member π
Looking for a particular team member? You can click through the pages to browse the entire list;
or use the search or filters functions at the top of the table.
π‘ Tip: Click on the team member's name to get a detailed overview! π
Here you can
track their overall performance. For example:
track their course progression
track the course they haven't started yet
Removing a team member β
In Team member summary table you can remove team members who no longer part of the team.
Find them in the list and click the 'disable team member' button.
Disabled team members will still be able to access their account and
will no longer be associated with your store and will disappear from the summary
will be able to complete outstanding course but won't be able to get paid for it.
will no longer receive no courses.
can access previously completed courses if they wish to freshen up their knowledge.
Need to add a team member? βοΈ Get them to sign up via app.frntlne.com.
Once they have signed up, their name will appear in the summary.
