Access the Dashboard

Log in to app.frntlne.com and go to the dashboard section.

Monthly Course Completions

Here you will have access to course completions per month including completion rates and participation rates.

Campaigns

Apply Filters

Use the filters at the top of the dashboard to refine your view. You can filter by:

  • Retailer or Group Name

  • Course Name

  • Time Period (if applicable)

This helps narrow the focus to specific campaigns or store groups.


Review Venue-Level Performance

Scroll through the venue list to see individual performance metrics, including:

  • Total users

  • Users who have started a course

  • Course completion figures

This lets you quickly identify high- and low-performing locations.


Identify Engagement Trends

Look for patterns such as:

  • Stores with high user numbers but low starter rates

  • Courses with good uptake across multiple venues
    You can sort columns or scan visually to find where support or follow-up might be needed.


Export Data

If the export option is available on your dashboard, click the Export or Download icon to generate a spreadsheet version of the performance report. This is useful for internal reporting, team reviews, or tracking over time.
