The Open Balance Report displays information about open balance with respect to accrued revenue at the time the report is run, for the selected date range. The open balance is calculated by subtracting revenue and taxes accrued from settlements posted on the folio. This report has the primary goal of showing information about your guests’ open balances with respect to accrued revenue, but it may also be used to look up the total sum of transfers sent and received for a given reservation folio and payments made.
